Since 2005, Champagne-born Brice Omont has led the winemaking, farming biodynamically and championing Savoie's native grapes; the estate is one of France's most acclaimed. [About this wine] Argile is a white from the black schist and clay slopes of Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy. Built around Jacquere, Chardonnay and Mondeuse Blanche, fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees, it is an approachable yet vibrant dry white.
