We are a wine shop in Ebisu, Tokyo. This guide explains shopping and delivery within Japan.
PRICES AND ORDER TOTAL
All product prices are in Japanese yen (JPY) and include Japanese consumption tax. Shipping and payment-method fees may apply. Review the final total before confirming your order.
DELIVERY WITHIN JAPAN
The delivery method is set for each product. Check the shipping details on the product page.
Yamato refrigerated delivery, tax included:
• Hokkaido and Kyushu: ¥2,100
• Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara and Wakayama: ¥1,650
• Chugoku and Shikoku: ¥1,800
• Okinawa: ¥2,400
• All other regions: ¥1,500
Standard courier delivery: ¥1,320 nationwide, tax included.
Free domestic shipping on purchases of ¥33,000 or more. For an order with multiple products, shipping is calculated using the highest-priced delivery method once. Confirm the applicable fee and final total during checkout.
DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched within seven days of receiving the delivery request.
PAYMENT
Available methods include credit card, convenience-store payment, Paidy, PayPal, bank transfer, carrier billing, Rakuten Pay and PayPay balance. Please review payment timing and any fees on the payment screen and our legal information page.
RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective. If a bottle is damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
ALCOHOL SALES
Alcohol is not sold to anyone under 20. Follow the age-verification steps during checkout.
