They make natural, unfiltered wines with no added inputs or sulfites. [About this wine] Hapax is a skin-contact (orange) Vin de France from Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is destemmed, macerated for about eight days, fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered with no added inputs.
