Encouraged by Giulio Armani, he began estate bottling in 2006, working organically with spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, and minimal or no added SO2 in a genuine, artisanal style. It ferments spontaneously and spends about six months on the skins in steel, followed by further aging, and is bottled unfiltered - a true skin-contact "orange" style white.
