He crafts balanced, mineral-driven and elegant wines from cool, wind-swept terroirs. [About this wine] A red built on old-vine Cinsault from Darling with a small portion of Syrah. About half whole-bunch, naturally fermented, then aged roughly a year in old foudre, amphora and seasoned barrels for a supple, perfumed style.
