Farming biodynamically, they make free-spirited, often zero-added-sulphur, unfiltered wines from native grapes. [About this wine] Bullican is a red Pet Nat (petillant naturel) from 100% Aglianico. Its natural bubbles come from in-bottle primary fermentation; unfined, unfiltered and made with minimal sulphur, it is a rustic, savory and easygoing sparkler.
