Working with wild-yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, the estate showcases the character of Abruzzo's native grapes. Each cuvee is named after one of seven legendary female warriors said to have protected the region. [About this wine] A fresh, aromatic dry white from Malvasia. Hand-harvested, wild-yeast fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel in a low-intervention style, it gives a direct expression of the grape's perfume and savory character.
