A pioneer of biodynamics since 1989, the winery is famed for low-intervention, characterful wines made with minimal filtration and sulfur. [About this wine] Puro is Movia's iconic traditional-method white sparkling from Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla (some releases include Pinot Noir). Released undisgorged and famously opened in a bucket of water to expel the lees, it is a zero-dosage Brut Nature.
