Since 2005, Champagne-born Brice Omont has led the winemaking, farming biodynamically and championing Savoie's native grapes; the estate is one of France's most acclaimed. [About this wine] Quartz is the estate's prestige cuvee, a monovarietal expression of Altesse, Savoie's emblematic grape, from the best parcels at Cevins. Low-yielding south-facing terraces, native-yeast fermentation and long barrel ageing give a pure, refined dry white.
