He buys grapes from trusted growers across Burgundy, Beaujolais, the Jura and Alsace and works naturally: wild-yeast fermentation, used barrels and minimal SO2. The bottlings are released as Vin de France. [About this wine] A 100% Chardonnay white from Burgundy (Cote de Beaune fruit), bottled as Vin de France. Wild-yeast fermented and aged in used barrels with little to no added sulphur, for a pure, mineral-inflected style.
