She works only with wild yeasts, never fines or filters, and adds zero or only minimal sulfur, farming organically with a low-intervention cellar approach. [About this wine] A light, fresh natural dry white made from Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc). Fermented with wild yeast, unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it is an easy-drinking, approachable style true to Christine's house signature.
