[About this wine] Kamaraton (also spelled Camaraton) is a white from 50% Fiano and 50% Santa Sofia. It ferments with native yeasts, sees skin maceration, then matures in clay amphora on the lees, bottled with no added sulfites, unfined and unfiltered, in an orange-leaning natural style.
