Working with wild-yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, the estate showcases the character of Abruzzo's native grapes. Each cuvee is named after one of seven legendary female warriors said to have protected the region. [About this wine] A sparkling wine from Pecorino, one of Abruzzo's signature native white grapes, made by the ancestral method with the fizz completing in bottle. Fermented with wild yeasts and made naturally, it shows a gentle haze and fine perlage.
