Working with wild-yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, the estate showcases the character of Abruzzo's native grapes. Each cuvee is named after one of seven legendary female warriors said to have protected the region. [About this wine] Foeminae is a ramato (copper-style) Pinot Grigio made with skin contact. The maceration gives an energizing rose-gold to copper hue and a texture and flavor that sit between white and orange wine.
