Founded in 2013 by friends Emiliano Giorgi and Arcangelo Galuppi, it is an agricultural and cultural project to rescue old abandoned vineyards and local varieties, working everything by hand with no added SO2, unfined and unfiltered. [About this wine] Clandestino is Sete's rose from old-vine Sangiovese. After a short skin contact it is raised with no added SO2, unfined and unfiltered in a natural, easy-drinking style. The name nods to the project's early days, when first experiments were made in an underground (clandestine) cellar.
