Buying only carefully selected fruit, it crafts domaine-quality Chardonnay and is regarded as a world reference for white Burgundy. [About this wine] From a single parcel on the upper part of the Roche de Vergisson, above 400m on a northeast-facing slope with thin, chalky soil. The concentration of this site is shaped with barrel aging on lees (a portion new oak) into one of Verget's finest Macon cuvees.
