Farming biodynamically, the domaine has quickly become one of Jura's leading names, expressing local terroir with a precise, Burgundian sensibility. [About this wine] A Savagnin sourced largely from Arbois's prized Grand Curoulet hillside and neighboring parcels. Made 'ouille' (topped-up) rather than in the traditional oxidative Jura style, it preserves the grape's pure, aromatic character in a fresh, dry expression.
