Two friends revived long-abandoned vineyards, working everything by hand with no added sulfites. [About this wine] Bolle e Fiori ('bubbles and flowers') is a natural sparkling from Moscato Bianco. Early-August grapes see about two days of skin maceration before a gentle press, then refement in bottle (ancestral / pet-nat method), giving a lightly orange-tinged, easygoing fizz.
