A pioneer of biodynamics since 1989, the winery is famed for low-intervention, characterful wines made with minimal filtration and sulfur. [About this wine] Puro is Movia's iconic traditional-method sparkling, released undisgorged and famously opened upside down in a bucket of water to expel the lees. The rose is made from Pinot Noir as a zero-dosage Brut Nature.
