A pioneer of biodynamics since 1989, the winery is famed for low-intervention, characterful wines made with minimal filtration and sulfur. [About this wine] Ambra is an orange (amber) wine from 100% Pinot Grigio. Fermented on its skins for about ten days of maceration, it takes on a delicate amber hue, gentle tannins and complex flavor.
