He vinifies cuvees from his mother Francoise Martinot's family vines under the Francoise Martinot label. The wines are made naturally with native yeasts, no added sulfur, and are unfined and unfiltered. [About this wine] Francoise II (Francoise2) FF.13 is a Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir. FF.13 is a lot code denoting the base year (2013), and the wine is bottled Non Dose (zero dosage), the purest and most energetic expression in the range.
