Farming only Nebbiolo, the estate works naturally without selected yeasts and ages in traditional large casks, making classic, honest Barolo. [About this wine] Barolo Capalot comes from the historic Capalot subzone at about 350 meters in La Morra. Made with long maceration and aged in traditional large casks, it is an old-school Barolo produced in very small quantities.
