They make natural, unfiltered wines with no added inputs or sulfites. [About this wine] Cot is a Vin de France red from Cot, the Loire name for Malbec. It comes from the single Maison Neuve parcel of clay-limestone soil above the Cher river, made with native yeasts, no added inputs and no filtration.
