Working with wild-yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, the estate showcases the character of Abruzzo's native grapes. Each cuvee is named after one of seven legendary female warriors said to have protected the region. [About this wine] A sparkling Pinot Grigio made by the ancestral method, with the second fermentation completing in bottle without added sugar. Hand-picked grapes see a few hours of skin contact, then age on fine lees in stainless steel for a naturally made, lightly textured fizz.
