[About this wine] The producer's flagship Cape White Blend, blending Roussanne, Semillon, Chardonnay, Clairette and Chenin Blanc from multiple sites. Whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented and aged in old French oak. The name recalls a rocking horse the couple made for their daughters from old barrel staves.
