Farming biodynamically, the domaine has quickly become one of Jura's leading names, expressing local terroir with a precise, Burgundian sensibility. [About this wine] A single-vineyard Chardonnay from 'En Barbi', a south-facing, limestone-rich plot regarded as one of the finest in the Jura. Aged in a combination of barrel, foudre and tank, it shows a chalky, mineral-driven, taut dry style.
