It is one of Europe's largest biodynamic (Demeter-certified) farms, practising integrated agriculture that includes grains and livestock alongside the vines. [About this wine] An easy-going, approachable red built on Burgenland's local varieties. Led by Zweigelt, Blaufrankisch and St. Laurent, it is fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered, prizing bright fruit and drinkability.
