They make pure, characterful wines with minimal intervention from dry-farmed, organic old vines. [About this wine] A fresh, pure-styled white from dry-farmed organic bush-vine Chenin Blanc planted in 1972. Whole-bunch pressed, then fermented and aged in old foudre and stainless steel, with no skin contact, to showcase fruit purity and electric acidity.
